Our client, a well known Media Agency are looking for a Programmatic Account Director level individual to join their team. You will be tasked with playing an instrumental role in taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing a team of Programmatic AMs and AEs and support the Business Director to implement the strategic vision of the account and team. If you are a Senior Account Manager looking for a step up, this could be a great fit for you too!

Responsibilities

  • Be the central client contact for your client portfolio, dealing at Director level and above with senior management within the client and agency organization
  • Apply best practice rigor to the execution of programmatic campaigns
  • Take responsibility for your team’s development and career progression within the agency
  • Identify, understand and communicate trends within client markets and industries
  • Think creatively, sell strategically, multitask and communicate efficiently both internally and externally

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in management and execution of highly data-driven performance programmatic campaigns, ideally in a digital agency environment
  • Must have a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and experience selling programmatic
  • Extensive experience using programmatic platforms (Google, YouTube, Amazon, Verzion, Xandr TTD etc.)
  • Previous track record of successfully building out/supporting/developing teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
