Head Of Marketing

Our client is a well-established design agency with an impeccable reputation. They are on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to be responsible for defining and implementing the agency’s marketing strategy and plan. The role is an FTC to cover someone on maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting strategies for alal marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. This person will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator, as well as flexible and willing to learn new things!




  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
  • Work with sales team and the Head of New Business to develop and deliver effective sales and marketing strategy focusing on revenue generation
  • Leading on the support and delivery for tactical marketing communications plans ensuring key content and channels are updated and maximised effectively
  • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
  • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
  • Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms




  • Strong leadership, project management and a proven track of delivering strategic marketing planning processes
  • 3+ years’ in a similar role in an agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
