Digital Account Executive


Role: Digital Account Executive – £22k-29k base

Our client, a leading agency in Birmingham, is looking for a strong Digital Account Executive to join the team with a focus on paid social and display channels.


  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day management across paid social and display, supporting the AM with digital strategy, planning and developing the respective channels.
  • Responsible for building the campaigns, copywriting, optimising and developing them.
  • You will be tasked with taking ownership of all aspects of display campaigns with support from the Account Manager, whilst ensuring best practice campaign management from junior members of the team.
  • Assist the Account Manager and Account Director with poor performing traffic analysis and investigations.


  • Minimum 1 years of relevant performance campaign experience (paid social and display required)
  • Agency background (preferably)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook)
  • Analytical skills – extracting insights from data
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communicator with high energy
  • You must have a car and be able to drive
