Job Description:
One of our clients are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager with experience within the SaaS space to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with their existing enterprise & mid-market customers. You will work closely with their sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure their customers are achieving desired outcomes and increasing yearly spend.
Our client has received over $15,000,000 in funding and are looking to rapidly expand their Customer Success team to meet the demands of their rapidly growing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise & mid-market customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success by proactively identifying and addressing any product issues.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Identify and communicate customer feedback to improve their product and services.
- Meet and exceed customer retention and upsell targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of customer retention and upselling.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive customer success.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM and customer success software (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight).
