Business Development Manager


Role: Programmatic Business Development Manager

My client, a fast growing AdTech platform, are looking for a motivated, ambitious and successful Business Development Manager to their sales team. You will build relationships with agencies and clients through your deep understanding of the programmatic landscape.


  • Day to day management of programmatic ad sales
  • Build strong-long term agency and client relationships to deliver growth
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • On-board new agency and client relationships


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development
  • A deep understanding of ad serving and programmatic technologies for display, video/OTT, native and emerging advertising channels
  • Experience working with various ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, DSPs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Have established connections within the market, with brands and media agencies
