Agency Sales Manager

£60,000 base, £100,000 OTE

Our client, a high growth programmatic platform is currently looking to hire an Agency Sales Manager, based in London. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience within the media industry and have a genuine passion for digital advertising/programmatic.

The ideal candidate will be able to prove a history of sales success within the media industry and should be confident in developing relationships at varying levels of seniority throughout the programmatic space.

The Role

  • Identify new business opportunities across EMEA/UK.
  • Cultivate relationships with agencies and clients by gaining insight into their business, and providing solutions to their video marketing goals.
  • Present to agency and advertiser decision makers of all levels.
  • Manage accounts and relationships across leading programmatic vendors.
  • Identify commercial opportunities where you can help brands to achieve their objectives.


  • 3+ years experience in agency sales.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and ideally experience as a programmatic seller.
  • Confident in seeking new sales opportunities and hunger to close business.
  • Knowledge of media platforms, media pricing and terminology.
  • Strong network of agency contacts in the UK/EMEA.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities, open and grow accounts.
  • Passion for ad-tech and digital advertising.
  • The ability to form effective and long-lasting business relationships.
  • The individual will also have the desire to work for a rapidly growing start-up like environment.
